“they pick up up at the time agreed upon. there was a small time change but was notified in advance so we were fine with it. comfortable car, driver speaking in English, clear instructions for everything. the salt mine itself is beautiful. be ready to walk. a lot. and go down stairs (also a lot) but is worth it! also to go back upstairs there's elevator so not a problem. I highly recommend this tour company and to visit the salt mine as well! beautiful place.”
