This company has a no refund policy and I can see why, with this level of service, everyone would want their money back. Don't use this tour operator, there are plenty of really good ones and you shouldn't get stuck with such a bad one.”

The guides on site are very knowledgeable and reverent. The salt mines are an amazing site to behold, and as someone who does not know much about Polish history it offered a great overview. Greg was one of our favorite drivers we have had while travelling. I work in the meat industry, and he works part of the year as a butcher so we had plenty to talk about. I would recommend him to anyone.”
